I’m a Lamaze instructor. I’m a life coach. I’m a writer. I’m an artist. For four years, I owned a local playspace and community center for mothers. I’ve been surrounded by women who also find themselves disappearing–in motherhood, housework and their jobs.

My background in psychology and art have helped me come up with a creative solution to bring the balance back into my own life and the lives of the women who work with me.

I am obsessed with looking up practices and rituals to incorporate into my own life to help me feel like I’m really LIVING. I dig through the offerings, the websites, the advice, the studies behind what works–so that you don’t have to.

I facilitate this 10-Minute Challenge to help us discover practices that are fulfilling and bring us closer to our intuition, our creativity and our balance. It also gives us space.
